I recieved a Nikon D3200 bundle (gift from my wife) towards the end of last year just before going on holiday. The autofocus stopped working within a week of using it and unfortunately we were in Cape Town on holiday so I could not take it in for repair. I had to make use of the manual focus while on holiday. I returned the unit to the store and they booked it in for repair. Got it back yesterday (after 3 weeks), tested it in the store and it was as if they did nothing. the thing still didnt work!!
The unit was booked in again (I guess it will take another 3 weeks) and i am still stuck without a camera. This is a very expensive thing! and i cant believe that Incredible connection can sell me a faulty unit. The thing is still brand new and they insist on "repairing" it and wont replace it. This is shocking customer service and i am very disappointed in incredible connection. I also tried to register the unit on Nikon website and the serial number would not register. So i dont know where they found this camera which they sold me.

certainly wont buy there again and i dont even want this camera anymore.
