This was the original complaint that I lodged with HelloPeter on May 31 2013. Incredible Connection replied, saying that they would be in contact with me shortly. I was even supplied a bogus reference number via email. TO DATE, NO ONE HAS EVER CONTACTED ME TO SORT THIS OUT.
I bought a Fuji camera in 2012. Less than a year later the camera became faulty and and started turning itself off despite the fact that the batteries were fully charged. While still under warranty I left the camera at the Incredible Connection Gateway branch. After a few weeks I was told to collect the camera and that there was nothing wrong with it. I collected the camera and after taking 2 photos it turned itself off. So the camera is useless to me. And it cost me an investment of R2000. I have my doubts that anyone even bothered to look at the camera. So my report is simple and my mind made up - I shall NEVER purchase anything from Incredible Connection again. Not a camera, not a computer or even flash drive. This has been a hard life lesson to me - if one expects after service then one has to pay for it.
