Don't buy at any STERNS ever!
Ok so me and my husband are now married for 1 year 6months and my ring is round about the same age. On the 1st of January 2013 the one band snapped (it is a 9ct white gold diamond ring). There are 3 bands. So I took it back they did repair it for me for free, however it broke again on a different place today. The manager was so rude and I will not go back and I want my money back. I am to scared to get it fixed AGAIN and then next time one of my diamond falls out? No I'm not going to take that chance. The manager then indirectly told me she will not refund me, because you only have 6 months guarantee on your wedding ring! Which is the first I have heard. I am very upset and will tell every body about my experience. I specifically wanted a 9ct and not an 18ct or higher as the higher the ct the weaker the gold! Why does a wedding band anyway break?
Please tell me I am not the only one that this has happened to and what happened to you?
