Good day
My fiance bought the Forever collection ring on the 12 December 2011 as we were planing to get married in March 2012 thing did not go according to plan & we got married the 25th November 2012 which was the first time he put the ring on my fingure, I was wearing for the for about 3mnths & discovered its staring to turn yellow, on the 6th Febuary 2013 I noticed my one diamond fell out I took it to the store the very next day, I was told by a consultant named shafiqah that she will talk to her manager, I got a cll from the store 2days later to advise me that nothing can be done I need to pay to replace the diamond & to replate my wedding band to white gold again. I found that very disturbing as I hardly got to wear my wedding band that I fell inlove with wen I saw it, I advised the manager that no one in store explained the T's & Co's when we purchased the ring & I did not sign for any T's & Co's & all he kept saying was I must pay,
