I choose a wedding band. As the ring had to be enlarged. We were charged a few thousand for the enlargement.
A week before the wedding, we fitted the ring, and found it to be several sizes too big. An emergency downsizing happened, and once more it was too big.
After the wedding it went back, and Browns then informed me they wanted a special appliance to fit the ring. This appliance had to come down from Johannesburg.
Now a full 18 days after the ceremony I still do not have my wedding band, and whenever I phone, it is made clear that my call is unwelcome.
