We bought my very beautiful White Gold Engagement ring at Sterns in East Rand Mall-the lady that assisted us was so helpful and friendly (what you will call GREAT customer service) I was really impressed, until my very beautiful White Gold Ring started going yellow and we do not understand why..We were NEVER explained how to take care of a white gold ring..! Never the less, we are now looking for another band to add on when we get married next year (my band has a small "curve" in so is really difficult to get something close to it) I went to the very same shop where we bought the ring and asked if it is possible that we can have the same one made (after all it is a STERNS ring-you should have the design..)To my very surprise the lady who was "assisting" us just answered NO-Sterns only have the single bands that is on display and cannot let the same band be made again. Not even trying to see if there's anything that she can do or someone that she can phone to see if there's any way of assisting me-This is something that i call "VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE"I expected that there would have been a bit of effort to keep your customers..Sure there's a way.! I am seriously UNHAPPY with Sterns!!
