I ordered some goods from above-mentioned online store, paid and sent them the proof of payment. I opted for the "collect from store" option. The next day I went to the store only to be told that they dont have it in stock. they will get it and deliver it to me free of charge the next Tuesday (at that stage I thought it was a nice gesture). Needless to say no delivery was made. I took some time off work to go to them later in the week (Friday) just so that the receptionadmin lady can tell me I cant expect the goods to be there now as their terms of service stipulate 7 working days time. That was communicated in a rude manner. I received an email 2 and a half weeks later, stating that my goods arrived and I can come and collect it. I reminded her that she promised to deliver it. Only a query as to what my address is was sent. I replied with my delivery address. After that I haven't heard from them since (MORE THAN 2 WEEKS NOW). No mail, no call -nothing. They still have my money and my goods. I will advise everyone to steer clear from this company. I'm a regular online buyer and have never had any problems with any online company except Squirreldirect! (now Buydirect)
