In my experience a good number of the online stores in South Africa that I buy from have not been able to provide a reliable or quick service. So I was very pleasantly surprised this week when I placed an order with Zando. From the get-go I found the site to be very user-friendly, easy to navigate and in general one of the few sites in my experience that loaded super quick. I placed an order and took delivery of the items I ordered in 3 days. I didn/t not have to call or email to find out what was going on with my order - it was pretty much on automaton from the time I clicked buy. The service has been fantastic. Even the courier company they use to deliver goods (and btw delivery is free wherever you are in the country) was great. Owing to my prior bad experiences with SA online stores I hadn't expected to take delivery so soon so I had to ask the courier to redirect the package to an address where I would be available at the time of delivery - they were thorough in checking it was really me redirecting, and obliged my request to have it redirected. Very impressive service - I recommend Zando, and will definitely buy from them again.
