I ordered goods online on Friday the 22nd of March. They state a 2-3 day delivery time. it is now the 2nd of April and still no goods. on Thursday morning i receive an SMS stating that no one was available to accept delivery and will need to reschedule. how can i reschedule if nothing was initially scheduled? i never received a call when the driver was outside, as there was someone available to collect. Also, the driver contacted me, after i contacted the call centre to find out what was going on. he advised that i give him a time that someone would be available to collect the goods. i told him there would be someone available from 2:30 (they were there waiting from 1:30) they waited all day and nothing was received.

The public holiday on Friday can not be a factor, as the 2-3 day delivery time would ensure that the goods should of been there Tuesday Wednesday.

Please can it be arranged that i receive my goods asap, as it has now going on week 2 of waiting and having no feedback.
