I placed an order on the Dion Wired online store. A week and a half later, I am still waiting for delivery of the goods and the website states that the goods are still "being packed" so I phoned their call centre to find out what was going on. The call centre agent tells me that the goods were delivered to the wrong address, so I ask for a full refund. Three weeks later and still no refund, and when I try phone their call centre my call never gets answered.
Completely unimpressed, and would not recommend using their online store to anyone.
