Item ordered & paid online on 29Nov - no response

I shopped online @ [URL Removed] on 29 November 2013.
I paid for the goods with a credit card on 29Nov.
I chose "collect in store" as the delivery method.
i received an email on 29Nov confirming my order (with the pdf receipt/invoice attached).

18 days later: & I've received no "ready to collect" email from Incredible Connection.
No contact from customer support to even update me on the delay?!

Extremely disappointed with Incredible Connection online store & the Canal Walk branch i selected to "collect in store"!
Very poor service!
No response to my tweet from yesterday querying an update on my Order#20443 that i sent to @IncConnection

your terms state: "You will be notified via email when the store has secured your stock. Should stock not be available the store you selected will source the stock on your behalf. This process may add an additional 3 to 4 day waiting time to your collection. Please note that you will be notified via email when your order will be ready to collect "

"an additional 3 to 4 day (s)"?!
Its been 18days!!!
