I purchased 3 Kambrook sets from clicks last year beginning of December from Clicks Fourways, the sets consisting of the kettle and toaster, I took mine to the Clicks the Grove on Friday - 29th November before the one year lapse, I gave them my clicks clubcard as I bought it on the card, they checked it they found the information, they said they cannot help us in exchanging for a new one, I must drive 60kms all the way to the Clicks in Fourways to get them to exchange it, I now live in Pretoria so this is very inconvenient for us and if I purchased it in Clicks Fourways I should be able to go to any Clicks in the country and address the issue I have with it, my kettle is rusting on the inside making it a health hazard to use as boiling water in there is not an option and this is not on for a new kettle that is less than a year old, please take note I did attempt to contact Clicks The Grove and they were of not much help, I don't understand what the issue is as I should be able to take this to any Clicks and have this sorted, I think the 1st December was one year since I bought it, so note that I did take it to Clicks before then but nothing was attempted to be done about it.
