Debt Collection - VVM Attorneys

Good Day,
My wife and I have been harassed by VVM via SMS, phone and e-mails for the past year and although we've contacted the VVM call centre explaining the situation the harassment has not stopped. They are arrogant, unmannered and no respect for the time or day and i am now going to open an harassment case against vvm and jet!!!

The situation is that we are being harassed by VVM Attorneys to pay an outstanding JET account, which has apparently been outstanding since whenever. according to me this account was paid off ages ago and we have, again, paid every month but it just stays on one ridiculous amount and all kinds of charges get being added and added even club fee"s!

Please investigate this matter as I would like to know how/why Jet would have provided bad debt information regarding me to VVM Attorneys.
