Clicks follow up report

This is a follow-up report to the call logged on 23 May 2012 regarding the delivery of my card.

Friday I had 5 Clicks Card consultants and 5 CCD Courier agents phoning me regarding my card. Problem is, half of them confirmed the card to be in PE, (which I could have collected as I was in PE on Friday) and the other half said the card was back in JHB.

So, with the last phonecall (after speaking to 12 different people) (wondering if I can send my phone bill to Clicks??!!!) I manage to confirm delivery address for JHB. Delivery date promised by CCD Courier Consultant is Thursday... Let's wait and see. #notcounting on it. Looking fwd to getting rid of that card ASAP to not having to deal with that division again. In fact, I'll probably just boikot Clicks all together.
Waiting more than a month for delivery is ridiculous.
