I ordered a new pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses from the site in late March, I was a bit concerned when I found out that the company is not actually based in South Africa, but I shouldn't have worried.
A messaged popped up from the website (BEFORE I paid) saying that the model I was ordering was not in stock and would take up to 10 working days to ship. I went ahead with the purchase, not minding a wait.
After only 5 working days, I was emailed to say that my glasses had been shipped and was provided with a tracking number, two days after that. my glasses were on my desk.
The glasses are exactly as ordered and fit perfectly, they cost half of what I was quoted by a local retailer.
