I placed my order which was confirmed on 12 February 2013, today is 5 April 2013 still no glasses delivered. I was final given a tracking number on 27 March 2013. When I went to the tracking site it said the parcel had been in East London since 20th March 2013. After corresponding with the customer care they could not help other than to offer me a discount on my next purchase... REALLY they actually think I would use them again after this experience. If I had just paid my optician another R 200 I would have had my glasses in 5 days. Customer care is absolutely useless other than to offer a discount of 5%. I have today contacted the courier company directly and they cannot find the shipment!! Seems I have wasted R 2000. Would rather have given that money to SPCA!
