What Service should be THANK YOU GAME STORES!!!

Saw an L.G front loading w/machine on Games online promotion advert last week Thursday, popped on over to the Midrand store on Friday, only to be told that the Picture on the online Ad was incorrect and the correct machine was one that I did not like the look of. Store Manager Gerhard saw this and in turn notified HQ to advise on a way forward as the Machine shown in the picture costed considerably more than the machine that was actually advertised. Called HQ and spoke to Mary-Ann, she advised that only one of the buyers would be able to make a decision and thats how I got Yassin's no. I was desperate for a machine and I contacted him on sat in his personal time for a follow up. He advised to send the details to him and that he will look into it and contact me the following week. I really thought at this point I was going to get excused and the run around on advertising technicalities etc... etc. I am glad to report that Game acknowledged the mistake on their side and Yassin advised I could have the machine at the advertised price.

Thank you Yassin and Game for portraying true and brilliant customer service which is very rare these days from big corporations like Game Stores.
