Incredible Connection
No Knowledge of the Asus Computers they sell

I bought an Asus Zen Book from them in September. The charger, which is very badly designed, has failed. they could not assist me with a charger for the unit. Advised me over the counter for the first time that the charger only has a 3 month warranty (nowhere in their warranty statement) and i would have to use a universal (which they do not have) or order a new one. The universals available anywhere do not fit - but they did not know that. and the new ones are not available anywhere in Cape Town. I was asked to email personally 2 suppliers who have not responded in 3 days.
Eventually Asus advised that they can assist directly, but a part will have to be sent from Johannesburg. I had to take my laptop in to Montegue Gardens to confirm the part and am now waiting on the 3 day delivery. Very expensive paperweight I cannot work on. No help from Incredible. Please tell me what benefit there is for buying from them?
