Dear Asus South Africa
I've been a massive supporter of your products for the last 8 years. I've bought all my graphics cards, motherboards, laptops from you and recently I've been very disappointed. My last Asus graphics card died just two months after the warranty expired and my laptop has been a nightmare. Not even a year into its lifespan my laptop charger port died, the exhaust fan died (and the 5 week fetch/repair was great as well, possibly the worst service I have received next to Telkom). Now when I wanted to re-install Windows, not only did the the AI recovery software fail (after burning 6 DVD's which are now useless) am I left with no OS, now I also have to purchase a Windows recovery disc.
You don't answer your phones or reply to email. What gives?
