Bought a Asus laptop from Incredible Connection. Used not even one month. The alluminium body when plugged in gives a electric shock and battery takes 5 hours to charge and only 1 1/2 hours life span.
Gave it back to Increbable Connections for repairs. They send the laptop to Partsus "Asus Repair Center"
After about 1 weeks I phoned and got the answer that they require my pasword for the repair, That clearly is a hardware issue and not software. The lady gave me Partsus number with job number spoke to Magda and Sannele with no help at all and back service I phone Asus South Africa to be told that they do not have a customer care line. They did put me trew to a Technician that adviced me that he will deal with the issue.
Another week later spoke to Incredable Connections to be told that Partsus is waiting for Parts form Asus.
Another week later phoned again to be told they now require my password again told them to just reset the laptop to factory settings. Another week went passed and I had to phone them again to be told that they still bussy with laptop. If the problem with this laptop is so mojor and the laptop only 1 month old why no replacement unit? Will not Buy Asus again.
