My charger for my Asus EEE Pad broke, and o shop around here sold the charger separately so i decided to go strait to Asus themselves, hoping the responses should be a lot quicker and more effective, I phoned in to the South African Hotline and the guy wasn't polite, and referred me to an email [Email Removed] i should email my request to. So that what i did, i sent the email, being polite as can be, i send the email asking for a quick response, as i need the tablet for studies. And now its been about 2 weeks i haven't heard back at all, not even an email saying they busy processing my request or anything.
