We bought a police watch at clearwater branch in Oct 2012, in Jan 2013 the watch stopped working and we took it back, the manager told us that the watch needs to be taken send back to Police to be repaired, we howver told them that we no longer wanted the watch and that we want to exhange it for another. We were told that we could not do that. We gave the watch back to them as it is of no use having a watch that does not work. The manager did not even take down our names and or account number nor wanted to sign to say that the watch was given back to them. Surely the watch will disappear now and we will be without a watch and paid for it., Utterly disgusted in their service.
