Appalling service

Bought appliances in november2012.refridgerator was damged, took them till 2013 to swop the fridge, with a lot of phone calls & frustration in between. I was silly enough to then purchase a plasma unit from them.needless to say the unit is damaged, like I did not learn my lesson the first time.spoke to Sonja, she said she'll speak to the salesman who sold me the unit.she went on leave & I was left to speak to the salesman & sort it out on my own. I have never dealt with a supervisor who has such a don't give a attitude.no feedback, just total indifference! I'm still waiting. I will never buy anything from the festival branch again!
