I purchased a Sansui television late last year and was happy with the product until the speakers stopped functioning. I took it in to Jabulani Mall Bradlows where I had purchased it. It was taken in for repairs and returned in the same condition (not working). it was then taken back for repairs for a second time. Upon its return again, it was working, but not it had all sorts of scratches on it. I mentioned this to Phiri the store manager, and he very nonchalantly told me to "wipe the scratches off with a cloth". EXCUSE ME? i havent even had this TV for 6 months, and I live alone. I didn't scratch that TV and now I'm told to wipe off the scratches. Phiri is disrespectful and even after my brother call him to try to resolve this amicably and understand where he was going with this, he was told that he story won't change. FIX it or give me my money back.
I don't know how this man became a store manager. I demand an apology from him.
