My vehicle was assessed by Mr Zovitzkey and sent in for repairs to Scratch Mobile. Scratch Mobile scratched and gauged my vehicle terribly and referred me to the assessors High Definition photographs. Yes I do not dispute the fact that my vehicle did have scratches on it BUT the scratches I am complaining about were not on my vehicle when my vehicle went in for repairs. These scratches are not visible on these high definition photographs and one can clearly see that they are new scratches. Mr Zovitkey was very rude and abrupt when i spoke to him and argued that the scratches were on the vehicle. I asked him if I can bring the vehicle in to be re-assessed and resolve my complaint and he was conveniently in Pretoria. I asked him if anyone else at the assessors premises would be able to assist and I am still awaiting for him to get back to me on this matter.
