I purchased a 50 inch tv on account in august 2012 at bradlows midrand. In september 2013 the tv developed some problems and stopped working. I told them since i understood that it was still under warranty, they advised me to bring it back to the shop for repairs and i did exactly that. After one month without a word from them i called asking for any progress and they told me they cannot fix it because it is expensive and it was completely damaged. They told me i was supposed to have taken extended guarantee when i purchased the tv something which they never explained to me in the first place. Now i have stopped paying the monthly instalments which includes insurance, and they have engaged their lawyers who are threatening to blacklist me if i dont pay my instalments. Honestly how do i pay for something that i dont have and im not using. I am willing to pay up my instalments but only if i get my tv back. They should be willing to help me not tell me that there is nothing they can do. Please help me i havent been able to buy another tv and i have paid so much money already to be treated this way.
