I went down to Checkers in Parow mall as i work here in the mall to do a money transfer. Firstly I'm not greeted by GLADYS behind the counter. I ask her what I needed to send money and she says ID and number. I give her the info and asked her if the pin I must create is numbers? Ja she says... I asked her not to have a attitude and she says to me: Ek hetie n attitude nie jy het n attitude!!! At this point I feel like i can smack her! I had to ask her twice for her name and to top it all her manager stands behind her and does not say a word!! What kinda people do you employ? No people skills what so ever!!! I wish I didnt have to shop there ever again. All the money I've spend there they not worth another cent for service like that? PATHETIC!!
