About 8 months back this bag was purchased from nine west- and stored away- when used- after 2 days of normal usage it started pealing.
The receipt for the bag was lost- but the tags the bag came with together purchase price was presented to the store. while the bag was still under its apparent 6 month warranty.
The store manager refused to assist and went on to say that the item was not purchased from them and perhaps we bought it from another store and was just trying to return it to them.
This is shocking customer service.
The email below was sent to the head office shortly thereafter- only to be told- we are looking into the matter with no response thereafter.
