I had a discount problem on a purchase I made at Edgars a week ago. I was hesitant to visit the in-store Customer Care, but thanks to previous wonderful service at N1 I made the drive and had the privilege of meeting Carmen. She handled my query patiently and professionally. I walked out of the store a happy customer! I want to commend Carmen and the rest of the Customer Care staff at N1 for providing fantastic service. I've been at every Edgars store in the Cape Peninsula and I can truly say they are the best. Other branches can learn a thing or two from them! Thank you.
