I went into Edgars in Hemmingways mall today, thinking I'd give them one more chance. Previous experiences in this store have never been good, especially when looking for some assistance and someone to help you, and in fact the last two times I was in there previously I had ended up walking out due to lack of anyone to assist me with what I needed.
Anyway, went to buy a pair of shoes, and needed to ask an assistant for some help... except... there was no one on the floor to help me... anywhere. Eventually after 5 or 10 minutes someone walked past and I asked for help they said "oh, sorry, I'm in a rush, you'll need to speak to someone else". I went looking for someone else to help me, after 5 or 10 minutes with no help, I eventually went to the counter and asked to speak to the store manager. Suprise... the store manager was nowhere to be found, the person behind the counter to their credit did spend a few minutes trying to locate them, but they were missing in action.
I walked out at this point, but not before taking some photos to prove there was *NO ONE* to assist customers in there!!!
