I visited the Pro Shop in Somerset West over the weekend, I wanted to go to the one in N1 City but due to time issues I had to visit Somerset West
I normally dont like going to this branch due to the fact of it being a concept store which means stock and choice is limited.
I wanted to buy a pair of new golf shoes, I walked through the whole store without being asked if I can be helped, I counted 4 staff members on the floor, at the time they all had clients with them, but once these people left I was still wandering around.
I eventually asked the sales man if he could help me with some shoes as many of the items were not priced. The selection was limited so I had to make a choice with what I had.
I spent R1000 on a pair of shoes, but I just feel that the service was a major let down, two of my friends had exactly the same experience there. Word of mouth is one of the best advertising tools out there today, so I would really like you to do something with the staff in that store.
I continue to support you guys but at the end of the day I need to be convinced why I should spend my money there... and sad to say its not the case at the moment.
