My husband bought me two wedding bands from browns on 29 January, they took my wedding ring to send in to head office to attach the bands. We waited almost two weeks just to find out that the rings have been sent back with no work done on them. We had to go in again for measuring etc and after about three week without hearing anything we phoned them and they said the ring was there I should have a look, it was set wrong and they didnt adjust the size, they sent it in for the third time and after 2 weeks it came back exactly the same as before. Theyve sent it in for the fourth time now ive been waiting since january for my ring
