I went to Pick n Pay Bluff to pay my electricity account. Attached to my electricity bill was my previous month's m-net and electricity account. I specifically told Bronwyn Samuels to take the electricity account number from the bill attached and pay the new account. She paid m-net??? Because I paid by debit card, m-net can only refund me after 6/7 days. I stood in the queue and m-net for 1 hour having to sort the mess she made out. Never ever will I pay any account at Pick n Pay again, I would rather go the Shoprite as I they listen to the customer. Customer service at Pick n Pay is non-existent. I had to phone the electricity department and asked for extention as I can only pay them once I get my refund.
