I have for the past couple of months been experiencing bad service from P&E Energie in Nelspruit. They are the company entrusted with the supply of prepaid electricity and water billing. Every month I buy prepaid electricity paying via EFT and I have selected the option that sends a notification via email for every purchase I make. Electricity code is supposed to be supplied via sms within a couple of hours as I had at one stage been told that there is an admin responsible for such a job. But every month I find myself without the code for days after I had payed. In my situation I usually buy my electricity a week before I run out of units, but it seems even that doesn't work as I have to constantly call and email the company every month before I get my electricity. Currently I paid on the 26 April 2013 Friday, today its Tuesday and still don't have my electricity. It being a holiday tomorrow, then that means I will most probably make a follow up on Thursday. Its is not due to the lack of not calling as I did today and was told I was going to receive my code in a couple of minutes. The day ended and offices were closed and I still didn't have my code.
