I bought books on the 17.04.2013 and the delivery conditions said that they deliver between 24-48 hours depending on where i stay. I stay 20minutes from the PTA CBD and its been 5 working days and i still have not received my books. I was called by Barcko the logistics company that kalahari uses for deliveries and they apperantly went to my residence but someone there refused the package, that is total utter nonsense. No one called me to inform me of this, I had to call to enquire why the package hs not been delivered yet. I called the call centre and all they say is that they will follow up, they are not even able to tell me where the package is. Im a first time buyer and Im absolutely dissappointed in the service i have received from [URL Removed]
All i want now is my books. Its my textbooks i need to study for crying out loud!!!
