On 18 August I ordered and paid for 3 books. Kalahari said 7 - 8 days to delivery, after this time, I emailed and called many times, but no reply, no delivery. I called on Friday 27 September and spoke to Nontsi who told me should would call me back later that day, she did not.
She also guaranteed me that 2 of my books would be delivered on Monday 30. No books yet, it is now 3 October, their on-line tracking system says the books have been in JHB for 4 days, I am in JHB but no delivery. The books were for a gift for an occasion that has been and gone and left me embarrassed. The amount of time I have spent on following up, calling and emailing [URL Removed] has been a very negative experience, I will never make use of this useless company ever again. While I understand delivery / stock problems can happen, their complete lack of feedback is appalling.
