Text books ordered should have been delivered

I ordered 7 text books for my daughter on 25 November 2013 from Protea Books Bloemfontein who uses [URL Removed] to courier the books and it should have been delivered within 5 working days. After a week I checked the order status on Kalahari and it stood at 72% complete and indicated that a delivery date should still be advised. I subsequently sent a mail to Kalahari support on 5 December 2013 to which I still have not received a response. I tried to call the call centre today but after holding on for quite a long time I simply gave up - the option to leave a message also did not work. I've sent another mail today to follow up again, but am now quite frustrated that I did not even get any response to my previous enquiry and extremely worried that the books would not be delivered in time. I finally checked the order status again via the Kalahari manage order option and it is still at 72% and still there is no delivery date indicated - Surely the support team could have at least checked my order and confirmed what I could expect by now?
