We ordered nooked from Kalahari on the 31st January and received them on the 14th even though it said next day delivery. They were in a shocking state, I called Kalahari and they made good on this by sending another set of books to replace the ones we have received (which were sent back to them) The problem is the second set which we received on Tuesday 19th are in no better condiiton. I have sent 4 emails and left 2 messages for Leticia and a manager to call me with regards this, and 2 days later nobody had bothered. Why are we paying for new books and getting what looks like 20th hand books. I seriously will NEVER buy from them again
