Pathetic service from Browns Mandela square

I have got to say I have never experienced such bad service in my life! My now husband had bought a stunning ring from Browns in Mandela square, a few months after he proposed to me, a claw from my diamond had broken and I had to send the ring in to get it fixed, later the next week, I went to fetch the ring, it looked fine and I was happy but in about an hour, the claw had broken off again. When I called them to fetch the ring again it was a completely different design to a point where it was unrecognisable and they did not even ask me if they could change the design. I took the ring with me as they said to me it would continue to break if they didn't change the design, I was not happy with it at all so I took it back the next day, they fixed the ring but this time the Protea design under the diamond was now incorrect, this went on for over a year. I have been married for 5 months and now have had to take the ring in again for the 10th time as a diamond had cracked. I went in to fetch it today, the design is still incorrect. I have also been waiting for my certificate for 5, I had to call them to follow up on progress every time and had to drive to them all the time!
