I tried to phone and enquire about my cell phone insurance I have with Hollard, / Finrite / Truworths.
I firstly spoke with Nicolene who could not hear me on the telephone.
After I gave my ID number 5 times to Nicolene, she tells me that she cannot find me on the system.
Then a Simonje' comes onto the telephone. I don't get advised that she will be on the phone. I just hear a new persons voice.
Simonje' probably had the most snotty attitude I have encountered in a long time.
After I insist on repeating my ID number to her, and she insisting I do not, She still manages to get my ID number wrong.
Obviously as always, no supervisor or manager is available.
AND THE POWERTRIP SNOTTY ATTITUDE CONTINUES.
AND I AM A PAID UP AND UP TO DATE INSURANCE HOLDER WITH
FINRITE/HOLLARD/TRUWORTHS CELL PHONE INSURANCE.
The more I tried to make a complaint, the more this arrogant call centre agent showed me, she would ignore me and talk over me.
