I have been watching the price of the Samsung Docking Station priced at R6000 to R6500 for a couple of months. The cheapest was Hyper Market and I went to Dion Wired and they said they will match the price. Though still a pretty penny I thought this is the cheapest I will get it in the market. This was on 11 February 2013. Then the last week of March 2013 I see Dion Wired advertise the exact item for R3000-00 and I was quite disappointed that I "missed" this bargain. Gearing myself for a "fight" I went to see them with the advert and prepared myself for a nightmare of an experience! Was I proved wrong! The lady that assisted me LISTENED and immediately could understand and relate to my disappointment. She went to her Manager and the next moment I was refunded with R2000-00! This was the a stunning experience and I was served by "people" who cares about people (customers)! Well done Dion Wired, I will never forget this!
