I just signed up for a samsung tablet about 2 weeks ago have been getting messages on it ever since for a mr mkhabela. for outstanding debts. i called the truworths number not sure if i went to the call centre. a lady picked up - burping (yuck) i explained that this is my samsung tablet and that im being spammed with sms's and calls fro somebody elses debt and i would like my number removed. as it is very annoying to have to deal with calls and sms's on a device like that that is strictly used for work.this lady couldnt apologise but in her arrogant tone said "we not blocking your line" . truworths should teach their staff some manners. you can only imagine my frustration having to deal with these calls and sms's but she was jus as arrogant and rude. i wouyld liked an apology as well as a explanation as to why they did not verify this persons number. as i have said this is a new number.
