Dear Sir/Madam
I am Nosipho Pascalina Mvimbi ID no:720310 1443086, I bought a phone blackberry curve for my son in 2010 towards end of November in Truworths. I insured the phone with Hollard Insurance as it is used by Truworths. In 2011 when blackberry phones were having a problem of network my son's phone was experiencing the same thing. He took it back, he got a new handset because they said their technicians cant fix the old one.

Last year 25April my son was stabbed and robbed the phone, I open the case for that. I submitted an affidavit and the documents to the insurance for claim. After 3days someone phone me asking for the paper which got an IME for the new handset because is not the same with IME number they have in their system. I make a photocopy of a sticker which got this new IME number and fax it. After 6weeks without any respond, I phone the insurance. The lady who answer the phone said I suppose to phone MTN and ask for the proof of handset exchange. I phone MTN they email me the proof, I fax it to the insurance.
