I have had insurance with Hollard, through Edgars, for over 5 years and been robbed a few times, after the last time my insurance paid out, last year march, i wasn't told anything about cancellation of my insurance. Finrite Said that they tried to get a hold of me but i have received no mails or messages. Also i continued paying installments until last week. But when i claimed for the of my cellphone on 10 September 2013, i was told that my insurance isn't paying out because my insurance was supposed to be cancelled after the fourth claim in 2012. Now i have been phoneless for one month and neither Finrite nor Hollard wants to pay out my insurance because they made a mistake. My insurance is now cancelled and i will definately not be taking it up again seeing as this is how Hollardn and Finrite treats their customers.
