We bought a bed on the 1st of April 2013. The sales person told us that our bed would be delivered in Rustenburg within 2 weeks, as he confirmed that the bed we bought is in stock at their warehouse. Today, 22 April 2013 the bed is still not delivered in Rustenburg. Everytime we phone, they have another excuse. This reflects on very poor service. I would definitely not recommend Dial-a-bed in Rustenburg, I would rather use the service of another bed company.
