Late delivery on bed

We bought a bed at Dial a Bed 2 months ago and paid everything in full. Because we were moving into a new home we asked for delivery to take place on the 9th of March 2013. After confirming with them the previous week they assured me that we will get our bed on the 9th of March 2013.
On the day we started phoning to confirm the delivery time and address whereafter they told me that the delivery truck was still in Boksburg and he cant get hold of the warehouse branch.
After several calls and follow-ups, I was promised to get the bed by Monday, 11/03/2013. I phoned them again today, and still no-one could assist me in delivering the bed as the promised. Their motto: Phone today, sleep tonight is a load of rubbish and I havent been more dissatisfied with a vendor service.
