In September 2011 we bought a Queen size, extra length, bed, from Dial-a-bed. N1 City Branch, Goodwood.

During April 2013, I notice, that the mattress is sagging. We report it to Dial a bed, and they log a complaint. The assessor came the 30th April 2013 at about 14:00 to examine the mattress. He also mentioned, that it isn't suppose to start sagging after 15 months of use. He recommend that the mattress been exchanged for a new one.

Due to the public holiday on the 1st May 2013, all the documents will be faxed to their Head Office on 2nd May, and we can expect a new mattress within the next 14 days.

I phone Dial a bed on Thursday the 16th May 2013, requiring of the expecting date of the mattress, they could not answer me. They keep telling me I have to wait 2 weeks.
Again, on the 20th May I phone their Call center, the guy who answered, assure me the system was updated last week.

Does that mean, the order was only submitted last week, or is the mattress on its way. He could not answer me. He promise that he will ask somebody to investigate and phone me today 20 May 2013. It is now 18:14, and I am still waiting for that promised phone call.
