Its called ordering in advance

I applied for a Foschini account and it was approved, and the e-mail said all I needed to do was take my I.D. Book and reference number to a branch and I could get my card. So I made the effort to drive all the way to clearwater to get. The account activated and I go through the whole process only to be told that Foschini has NO account cards left so oh well tough luck I have to come back another time and the cards are only coming the following Monday. I work during the week and now have to go through the whole process of going back again because the staff at clw foschini don't think ahead and order cards BEFORE they run out when they see stocks are low. And when I say does that mean I have to come all the way back here again everyone just shrugs and says yes that's it. And here I was thinking wow foschini's service is great, head office approved account in 2 days and everything is so simple only to get to the branch and have the image ruined by clw branch staff. What a great start to our relationship... NOT.
