KIC Refridgerato

I bought a brand new KIC refridgerator at House & Home on 17/10/2012 for R3288. I suddenly noticed that the refridgerator no longer cool. This morning I woke up and my whole kitchen floor was covered in water and I had to throw thousands of rands of spoiled goods away.

I phoned the store and spoke to the Manager called Jan as early as 8:00 and he said that he would call me back. At about 10:30 after not hearing a thing I called again. He said that he would see What he could do!

After 30minutes he called back and said that he contacted KIC and that they could only send someone out to my home on Wednesday 24 April 2013. I explained to him that I am not happy about that as I have children in the house and cannot be without a refridgerator so long.
He simply said that is all he could do.

I am not happy about the arrangement as the fridge is only six months old and brand new. How can I wait for 6 days for assistance.

Please assist me in this regard.
