I bought a bar fridge on the 08th of November 2013. I collected the fridge myself and when I got home released the fridge didn't have the light bulb. On Monday called the sales person to report the issue and he said I should bring the fridge back... I asked him to speak to the manager about the issue and call me back. On the 13th of November Eric calls me back to say that the manager says I must bring the fridge back. My question to him was:1. Was it my fault that you did not check the goods before it left the premises? 2.I have stated that I don't have means to carry the fridge all by myself back to the store..I have 7 days to exchange the goods and I will NOT be liable for delivery fee or delivering the goods to the store
